The Kickpin is specifically made to perform drop sets exercises faster and more efficiently.
1. First, insert the standard equipment selector pin to the lowest chosen weight for the exercise.
2. Set the KICKPIN by holding body near pin shaft with square hole facing up and slide the trigger part until engaging it into squared hole. Hold trigger with thumb.
3. Insert the KICKPIN into desired selector slot with trigger tab also inserted into selector slot below (KICKPIN requires both selectors above and below to remain unoccupied for trigger function).
4. Multiple the KICKPIN can be used at the same time. When weight change is desired, bring back the weight stack into initial position and the lowest the KICKPIN will automatically eject. Do not slam weight stack.
